SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We offer all items, if in stock, as soon as possible. Our shipping days are Monday to Friday. If you place and pay for your order on these working days before 13:00, we will offer it to PostNL the same day. If for any reason this is deviated from, you will be informed.
With all our items that are offered, it is clearly indicated whether they are in stock. If the product is not in stock, we will contact you to find a suitable solution.
POSTAGE COSTS
Depending on weight and/or volume, the articles are sent as a letterbox package or parcel. Orders outside the Netherlands are always sent as a package. If you place an order above €50, the shipping costs are free within the Netherlands.

Payment
After placing an order you will receive a confirmation by e-mail. This contains the items you have ordered and the total amount of all costs, including shipping costs. You can pay for your order in the Netherlands via iDeal. Participating banks are ABN AMRO, ASN Bank, bunq, Handelsbanken, ING, Knab, Rabobank, RegioBank, SNS Bank, Triodos Bank and Van Lanschot Bankiers.
CannaBioDay offers various payment options for customers within Europe:
Belgium via Bancontact.
Germany via Giropay.
Austria through EPS.
Poland via Przelewy24.
You can also choose bank transfer SEPA transfer via Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Denmark, Germany, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovenia, Slovakia, Spain and the Czech Republic. As soon as the payment has been received, your package will be posted and you will receive the track and trace code of your order.
RETURNS
After receipt you are obliged to check whether the delivered goods comply with the agreement. If not, you must notify us in writing, by email or post within 7 days. You can find our contact details under the heading contact .
If it is shown that the products are not complete or contain manufacturing defects, our webshop has the choice to replace the products with new products against their return or to refund the invoice value. The shipping costs are then borne by CannaBioDay.
When purchasing via the internet you are entitled to a cooling off period. During this period you can return your order to us without giving any reason within 14 days, provided your order is unused, undamaged and packed in the original packaging.
If you are going to return your order, we request that you inform us in advance. Mention your invoice number and your bank account number. In this case, the shipping and payment costs are for the account of the buyer. We ask that you always contact us by e-mail before returning an item. In it you state the invoice number and the reason why the product does not meet your expectations.
The items will not be taken back if:
- You have tried to repair a defect yourself
- Any original packaging is missing
- The seal is open on the product.
- You do not register your return with us in advance
- The items are discounted.
